Once upon a time...

This was a song that I made up on Shabbos a while ago. I sing it to Esther often and I think she really likes it (at least I like to think she does:)

L is for...

Today was our 10 month old photo shoot. I gave Esther some flowers to keep her busy. She was so focused on the flowers and picking each and every petal. It keep her attention for a whole 15 minutes! Then she decided she wanted to eat them and that's when the photo shoot came to a close... My curious lil petal.

Thank you DAD!!

Thank you dad for all the clothes, this is one of the sweaters in the package. I  love this one, its fuzzy and cozy.

Esther Stands!

She actually tried to stand for the first time a couple of days ago in Baltimore but I didn't have the camera ready. I have to follow her around the house now because she tries to pull herself up on everything and she's all wobbly. Its so cute she sticks her lil butt out trying to balance herself.

Obsession with TAGS

Grandpa asked for another video.. So here you go Dad. We love you!

Esther has had an obsession with tags for a couple of months now. She will forgo any toy, no matter how interesting, in search of the tag.. She would be happy with a bag full of tags and just forget the toys all together.

Baltimore!!

Flashdance!

making her famous face!

Playing with Rucheleah's dog. I'm pretty sure she thought this was a wind up dog that moved and made noises..

learning how to play with other kids.. so sweet:)
Amitai & Esther all bundled up before going outside. They were so cute together, two little snow bunnies. I have to admit Esther was more interested in him than he was with her.. I'm gonna have to teach her to play hard to get!

Baby feet.. what could be better?

I took this when she was 5 months old, one of my favorite parts!

A note to my family..

One of the reasons I created this blog is to allow you to follow Esther so you don't miss all the amazing changes that are happening BIG and little. I know its difficult being soo far away but I hope this helps, so check back often so you don't miss anything. We miss you!!

Look at me!

This video was taken a couple of weeks ago when Mel was here. As you will see Melissa was trying everything possible to get Esther interested in her but nothing could compete with the lil yellow ducky!

Book time!

This is her favorite book! She gets so excited every time we sit down to read. With this book she discovered that if she holds her fingers down on the page and pushes down she can make a screeching sound. So, she does this with every page.

Feeding time..

Feed at your own risk!

Esther Frayda and the plastic bean bag...

Yesterday I was putting Esther Frayda to sleep and she had grabbed a plastic bag that I had used while cooking, well she would not let go of this thing! So, once she was asleep I went to take it out of her hands and she clutched it even more tightly, she was holding it to her chest as if it were a treasure.
Look at those CHEEKS, you just want to squeeze them!
Melissa took these pictures when she was here a few weeks ago. She loves being in mommy's pouch and playing with my face:)
